We use Google's Chrome Remote Desktop to support users on Mac & PC.

To setup Chrome Remote Desktop on your computer, you will need to have Google's Chrome browser installed.

You can get that here: https://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/chrome/

Once installed, launch Google Chrome and log in with your Google account, if you have one (If you use Gmail, then you do have an account). If you don't have an account, you will need to create one.

Having logged in, type in the following URL:

https://remotedesktop.google.com/u/2/support

You should see the following page; click on the download icon (Circled in red on the image) and follow the instructions.
